"Ovearll the store is nice, fairly clean, somewhat friendly assistance when and if you interact with them, pricing is sometimes confusing, they don't have other products like men's Wrangler Riata Jeans, don't like for men's shoe not to have actual leather soles. Not sure but some music in the back ground would be nice and maybe knowing that there will be more stores available rather than do eliminating them. I now have only two Bealls stroes to shop in Corpus; Parkdale Plaza and the store at Ayres shopping ceneter. It's okay to accept some of today's technology but it doesn't replace the actual human interaction of communicating and being helped when questions need to be answered. Good old fashion one on one service; one person at a time time is still not bad. The best and most important customer you want to help is US/ME."

"Let me start with saying that I have tried for at least 10 years to get a Bealls card with no success. I finally raised my credit score enough that they gave me one earlier this year. I have pretty much been thrilled with all of it. When the holiday ad came out, I really needed a tv but did not have enough credit on my card left. I asked for a credit limit increase and in 3 seconds, literally, they raised my limit from $350 to $850. I was thrilled. Raced over and stood in line on Tuesday. I was completely disappointed with the way it was handled. They had no one monitoring the crowd so when it came time to get the tickets for the tv, people came out of their vehicles and had joined friends who were holding their place in line. One family that did this actually got 2 of the 5 tv's that were being handed out. I was 10th in line when we got there but about 20th when the tickets were handed out. Several people in front of me said they didn't need the tv and would give me their ticket if they got one. None of us got one by the time the other people came out. My tv is about 10 years old and about to die and this was the only way I could purchase one. I was out of town on Thanksgiving day and we sat down to dinner at 1:45 so I could not have gone over to another Bealls."
