We did have some help beforehand - the person who replaced our network computer provided the Configuration to Firewalls. I don't know how it would have worked if we didn't have that person - but otherwise they were very good, responsive and helpful!Afterwards I had an issue accessing Stamps.com. Spent hours on the phone with Stamps.com. I did mention to them that we installed a new Firewall. They finally exhausted their helpfulness and told me to contact Firewalls.com. Firewalls helped me gain access to Stamps.com. Just an FYI if you get a new firewall and you use Stamps.com. "
